Need a hand with EnduraSun, or want to report a problem? You're in the right place. The fastest way to reach us is by email, and the answers below cover the questions we hear most often.
[[support@endurasun.com — your support email]]
We aim to reply within [[2–3 working days]]. When you write in, it helps to include your device model, your iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Open the app, go to the Profile tab, and tap Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, your saved profile, and your logged sessions from our servers. If you'd rather we do it for you, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll take care of it.
EnduraSun personalises its estimates to your skin's sensitivity, the live UV forecast for your exact location, your activity, and any sunscreen you've logged. Two people in the same place can see very different numbers, which is the point — the figure is tailored to you.
No. EnduraSun is an educational tool to help you think about sun exposure. Its estimates are guides, not guaranteed safe limits, and no app can rule out skin damage — UV harms skin even without any visible burn. For anything concerning a mole, a reaction, or your skin health, please see a doctor or dermatologist.
Check that notifications are enabled for EnduraSun in your device's Settings > Notifications, and that the timer and reminder toggles are on inside the app. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they'll still arrive if you lose signal, but turning notifications off at the system level stops them entirely.
We explain exactly what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what the app needs to work, we don't sell your data, and we don't use it to track you across other apps or services.
Go to Profile, open the Skin assessment section, and tap Retake skin quiz. Your estimate is rebuilt from your new answers.
Thanks for using EnduraSun, and for taking your time in the sun seriously.
